Celebrating the heritage of Ferrari in Australia
Cavallino is proud to announce the new Ferrari Concorso d’Eleganza Sydney!
This will be the one and only edition of the Cavallino Classic in the Southern Hemisphere and the most significant international Concours of elegance to be held under the equator.
Ferrari Concorso d’Eleganza Sydney will take place from November 29th to December 1st, 2024, as a joint effort of Ferrari Australasia and Cavallino, at the charming golf club located approximately one hour drive north of Sydney, in the seaside town called Palm Beach, like the beautiful island in Florida that is home to Cavallino Classic since 1992.

Attendees will be able to enjoy the same reputable and enjoyable format of the 34 editions in Palm Beach, Florida, that has made Cavallino Classic “the” Concours totally dedicated to Ferrari.
Both the entrants and the public will enjoy the same experience of the 34 editions in Palm Beach, Florida, that have made Cavallino Classic the greatest concours entirely devoted to Ferrari.
In the fantastic setting of the Palm Beach Golf Club, the joint effort of Ferrari Australasia and Cavallino will bring the same, amazing, successful format of the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic to Sydney.
The same rigorous judging rules used for 34 years in Palm Beach, and more recently in Modena and Abu Dhabi, will be used to properly evaluate the cars entered and assign the most coveted awards, while the overall weekend will be an enjoyable opportunity to share the passion for the prancing horse with like-minded “ferraristi” and enthusiasts, and admire the most beautiful cars from Australia and New Zealand.

2024 Featured models
All Ferraris are welcome at Cavallino Classic, provided they are authentic, in good shape and perfectly working.
For Ferrari Concorso d’Eleganza Sydney, specific classes have been created to offer a wide selection of legendary GT and racing models, and to provide a unique spectacle for the public.
The “Supercars” class will feature the famous 288 GTO, F40, F50 and Enzo. The LaFerrari will be accepted for display only, being too young to be judged according to the Cavallino rules.
The “V8” class is open to all V8 models until the Ferrari 360 Modena.
Similarly, the “V12” class is for the V12 models until the Ferrari 550 Maranello.
The “Limited Series” class will include the 550 Barchetta Pininfarina, 575 SuperAmerica, 348 GT, 360 Challenge Stradale.
A special class will be dedicated to the “Testarossa” to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the model. All models of Testarossa, 512TR and 512M will be accepted in this class.
Awards: how the competition works
All cars that will be accepted for judging will be thoroughly evaluated by the judging team, composed of respected professionals designated and coordinated by the Chief Judge.
Cars scoring at least 97 out of 100 points, according to the Cavallino judging rules, will be acknowledged with the “Platinum Award”.
Among those, the judges will then select the Class Winners and the much coveted “Best of Show”. It is interesting to note that those major awards have to be voted at unanimity, which sometimes makes the discussion long and interesting.
The Concours will also feature the “People’s Choice Awards”, a major award voted by all the people taking part in the event, and many other special prizes.
How to participate
Ferrari Owners may contact Cavallino or their local official Ferrari dealer to present a car for the show. Our Selection Committee will carefully evaluate your request and respond to you.
Tickets will be available for online purchase at cavallino.com starting from late September.
This first edition of the concours is open to collectors from Australia and New Zealand only, but everyone is welcome to attend! This is a great opportunity for a trip to this fascinating world, and we are ready to help you creating a memorable trip to Australia, ensuring a seamless, curated experience.
