A Nine-volumes Set of Flat 12
An extraordinary publication documenting the history of models that used the 180° V12 engine, made available again in the year celebrating the Testarossa’s 40th anniversary.
Cavallino is proud to reissue the rich and well-documented study Flat 12: 128 essential pages for those who want to know the characteristics, data, and history of the models that used it.
The 180° flat V12 engine, first used in Formula 1 in 1961 and appearing in the 365 GT4 BB in 1971 (marketed in 1973), has been a cornerstone of Ferrari’s history. Notable models that used it include the 365 GT4 BB, the 512 BB from 1976 and BBi from 1981, the iconic Testarossa from 1984 with its several following evolutions, the 512 TR from 1991, and the final evolution of an authentic legend, the F512M from 1994.
Originally published as separate chapters in the late 90s, these monographs are now available as a single set of 9 volumes, with a limited number of copies.
