culinaria

At the Classic there are automobiles… but much, much more!

The food menus for all the Cavallino Classic functions are prepared with great care so that your culinaria experience will be equal to your automotive experience.

Ticketless entry through electronic ticketing. Masks required at all times for staff. Masks required for guests until seated at table. 2 and 4 person table seating, spaced 6 feet apart, at which food and beverage will be brought directly to guests.

No buffets, no bar stations. Disposable tableware and utensils used throughout. Dietary requirements and preferences available.

Hand sanitizing stations at entrances and exits. Wherever possible, dining events will be moved outdoors.

The extensive menus at The Breakers are created by Chief Chef Jeff Simms, who was recently inducted into the Honorable Order of the Golden Toque, one of only 100 lifetime members.

This crowning achievement is in addition to many international awards already bestowed upon him.

It is a great honor for him and The Breakers, and a blessing to the Cavallino Classic.

There are many Cavallino Classic food events at The Breakers (2 breakfasts, 2 meetings, 4 lunches, and two awards parties) and each menu is sourced locally to provide you with an interesting, varied and memorable culinary experience.

Separately, The Breakers has several separate award-winning restaurants to try, and on Saturday of the Concorso, your favorite breakfast and coffee stop, News & Gourmet, will be ready to serve you.

Off site, there are the Tour stops on Friday, with Dessert & Coffee at the exclusive Sailfish Club, and other treats along the way.

At Classic Sports Sunday, the charity brunch offers an endless array of delicious and savory dishes, with a glamorous side of old-world opulence.

Can’t make the Tour on Friday afternoon? No problem!

All Classic participants are welcome to join us Friday evening for a glamorous outdoor party at The Breakers on the brick esplanade for an evening under the stars, with the Tour Ferraris on display.

Mix with friends, mingle among the Ferraris and stroll the Ocean Lawn! Yes, the ocean is right there!
